We are a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, established in 2002, that serves uninsured and underinsured patients in our community. We are supported primarily by financial donations and grants which allow us to provide quality health care services to uninsured patients using an affordable, sliding fee scale, as well as to patients covered by Medicare and Medicaid related insurances. We do not receive any state or federal funding or accept private insurance.
GTHC is governed by a Board of Directors and operated by an administrative staff that consists of an Executive Director, Practice Administrator and a Controller. Patients are cared for by a team of compassionate providers (paid and volunteer physicians and nurse practitioners), patient coordinators and clinical staff available to address medical needs of our patients.
